Mackey's Encyclopedia of Freemasonry is a helpful resource for any American Freemason in researching terms used in ritual as well as related subjects, all entries written from Dr. Albert Gallatin Mackey's point of view. My three-volume 1966 edition was gifted to me in 2019 by my friend, mentor, and Brother, Martin P. Starr, who has been a Caxtonian since 1995. I consider it the centerpiece of my Masonic collection within my library.
