Essay

Étienne-Michel Faillon, a French Sulpician residing in Montréal in the second half of the 19th century, documented the history of New France, focusing on the narrative of Montreal from its foundation up to 1675.

I received this work as a gift from the former President of Univers culturel de Saint-Sulpice (UCSS), Mr. Jean-Pierre Lussier, in recognition of my dedication to promoting the rare book heritage of the Sulpicians' community in Montreal.'
